Well, this was inspired from More Than Human - Chapter 4, one of my personal faves XD I'm bot entirely pleased with Blossom's dress and god damn it's frikin hard to draw heels powerpuff style but yeeeah... this is is how I kind of saw it in my head...hmmm...
